Monday AM
What better way to start the week? Stretch, strengthen, relax and breathe!! Greet your week with a roll around!! (Nina)
Tuesday AM
A small private Hatha flow class at Sarah Jane’s private home studio in TW2 with lots of individual attention
Tuesday PM
This class is cancelled until further notice
Wednesday PM
Midweek Yoga – celebrate hump day with a mixture of invigorating flow and deep stretches, for that
feel good factor. (Nina or Sarah Jane alternate weeks)
Thursday AM
This 90 minute session will challenge your strength & flexibility. The class will include core work, optional dynamic flow and some creative sequencing and of course a nice relaxation at the end (Sarah Jane)
Saturday AM
A fun session (with a bit of yoga) Expect to stretch, work your core, open your shoulders, find a flow followed by deeper stretching and then relaxing ….ah bliss. Float off into your weekend. (Nina)
